Shipping And Returns


  • Designers Point (India) Pvt. Ltd. offer a simple and easy 30-day return policy to our customers. You can conveniently return or exchange any item within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Please do not accept any order if seal is broken/unsealed at the time of delivery.
  • Bear in mind that it is only possible for us to accept items that are returned in their original state Complete with packing material, price tags, labels, etc. All items purchased from Designers Point (India) Pvt. Ltd. can be returned for a full refund within 30 days from the date of delivery (as recorded by the shipping provider).
  • The customer can choose to get the entire cash refund as a bank transfer into their account or in the form of a coupon code in their Designers Point (India) Pvt. Ltd. account.
  • Once we receive the returned products, a quality check will be performed on the items by our quality team. This is subject to the return having met the following requirements:
    • The items should be unused and unwashed.
    • The packaging should have the original packaging and tags in place.
    • They should be returned within 30 days from the delivery date.
  • Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
  • A notification with the status of the return will be sent to the customer within 48-72 hours from the date of receiving the items.
  • In case of orders where reverse pick-up may not apply, customers can self-ship the items to Designers Point (India) Pvt. Ltd.. In this case, an amount of Rs. 100 will be reimbursed in the customer’s account towards shipping costs in the form of a coupon code. This will be done post the quality check of all the received items.
  • Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service.

To process a return or exchange successfully, please re-pack the items to be returned with all the original packaging & tags that they were shipped with. Make sure that the Return Form is completely filled and dropped inside the packet.

*Return Form is an easy-to-fill form that allows you to return the received shipment to Designers Point (India) Pvt. Ltd.. The Return Form is included in the shipment parcel along with your order.
